The 2026 Critical Language Scholarship was a U.S. Department of State program for undergraduate and graduate students studying a critical language overseas. The 2026 application closed on November 18, 2025; the official site says the 2027 application will be available in fall 2026, but has not published a 2027 deadline.
DAAD Development-Related Postgraduate Courses (EPOS) Scholarship 2027/2028: Master's or Doctoral Study in Germany With a €992–€1,400 Monthly Stipend
The DAAD EPOS programme supports graduates from eligible developing and newly industrialised countries who have at least two years of relevant professional experience and have been admitted to a listed development-related postgraduate course in Germany. The current 2027/28 intake offers €992 a month for graduates or €1,300 (€1,400 from February 2026) for doctoral candidates, plus insurance, travel support, and possible additional allowances.
