Inquiry form submissions

When you submit the optional inquiry form on the contact page, we collect the information you provide (name, email address, message content, and whether you opt in to funding updates). Submissions are transmitted over TLS to TensorSpace’s encrypted customer relationship management platform, where they are accessible only to the FindMyMoney.App support and compliance teams. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry or send you the updates you explicitly request. Unless you opt in to ongoing updates, we automatically delete form submissions after 12 months.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to provide website functionality, remember your preferences, and analyze how visitors use our services. Where required, we obtain your consent before placing non-essential cookies. You can manage your cookie preferences in your browser settings or by contacting us.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete that information promptly.

FindMyMoney Companion browser extension

FindMyMoney Companion helps you search funding opportunities and prepare application drafts. The extension processes information on your device to provide these features:

• Your optional matching profile can include your location, interests, role, timeline, and preferences imported from the FindMyMoney survey. The extension stores the profile locally in Chrome so you can use it later. You can edit it in the extension or remove the extension to delete its local data.
• When you scan an application, the extension reads the page URL and form structure, including field labels, options, and requirements. It records whether fields are already filled without including their existing values in the form schema. Temporary form captures are held in Chrome session storage and cleared when the browser session ends; the capture for a tab is also cleared when the tab navigates or closes.
• If you paste a chatbot reply or use a browser agent to fill a form, the extension processes the supplied answers and, for preview and undo, may temporarily read and hold existing field values on your device. Application answers can contain personal, financial, health, or other sensitive information depending on what you choose to provide.
• The extension fetches the public opportunity catalog from FindMyMoney over HTTPS and caches it locally. The request reaches our website infrastructure and may generate ordinary server logs, such as an IP address and technical request information. Searches and matching are performed on your device.

The extension builds prompts on your device. If you copy a prompt to a chatbot or enable and invoke browser-agent tools, information you share or that an agent receives is subject to that service’s practices. A browser agent may receive a projection of the form’s labels, options, requirements, and related program details; existing form values are not included in the inspection result. Review prompts and answers before sharing or filling them. The extension does not submit applications for you.

The extension requests access to FindMyMoney pages for catalog and survey integration. It uses temporary access to the active tab when you invoke a form scan. Access to other HTTPS sites is optional and is requested when you enable browser-agent tools; you can turn it off in the extension or Chrome’s extension settings.

We do not sell extension user data or use it for advertising, creditworthiness, or lending decisions. Our use and transfer of information received from Chrome APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. The extension does not send your profile, form captures, or application answers to FindMyMoney servers; if you choose to share information with an external chatbot, browser agent, or application site, that recipient’s privacy practices apply.
